James Robert Gibson
James Robert Gibson served in the infantry during World War Two. He enlisted, at the age of 39, at Debert, Nova Scotia, on March 13, 1944. He was trained in radio communications and was stationed in England. He took part in the Normandy landings on D-Day, June 6, 1944, where his skills as a radio man were essential. He also was involved during some of the bombing raids over England.
We thank him for his service.
