James Stephenson

James Stephenson joined the RCAF on 27 May 1940.  He served as a rear gunner aboard a Wellington bomber, completing 14 missions before he was shot down on 15 Oct 1941.  He remained a POW until his release on 16 April 1945.  After the war, James married Lee Stephenson (nee: Taylor) and they settled on a small hobby farm just west of Uxbridge.  He passed away in 1991.
